Hey ohhh

Come to decide that the things that I tried
Were in my life just to get high on
When I sit alone come get a little known
But I need more than myself this time
Step from the road to the sea to the sky
And I do believe what we rely on
When I lay it on come get to play it on
All my life to sacrifice

Hey oh
Listen what I say ohhhh oh
I got your hey oh
Now listen what I say oh

When will I know that I really can't go
To the well once more time to decide on
When it's killing me when will I really see
All that I need to look inside
Come to believe that I better not leave
Before I get my chance to ride
When it's killing me what do I really need
All that I need to look inside

Hey oh
Listen what I say ohhhh oh
Come back and hey oh
Look at what I say oh

The more I see the less I know
The more I like to let it go, hey oh
Whooooa ohh ooh oh

Deep beneath the cover of another perfect wonder
Where it's so white as snow
Privately divided by a world so undecided
And there's nowhere to go
In between the cover of another perfect wonder
And it's so white as snow
Running through a field where all my tracks will be concealed
And there's nowhere to go

When to descend to amend for a friend
All the channels that have broken down
Now you bring it up, I'm gonna ring it up
Just to hear you sing it out
Step from the road to the sea to the sky
And I do believe what we rely on
When I lay it on come get to play it on
All my life to sacrifice

Hey oh
Listen what I say oh
I got your hey oh
Now listen what I say oh

The more I see the less I know
The more I like to let it go, hey oh
Whoa

Deep beneath the cover of another perfect wonder
Where it's so white as snow
Privately divided by a world so undecided
And there's nowhere to go
In between the cover of another perfect wonder
Where it's so white as snow
Running through a field where all my tracks will be concealed
And there's nowhere to go

I said hey, yeah, oh yeah
Tell my love now
Hey, yeah, oh yeah
Tell my love now

Deep beneath the cover of another perfect wonder
Where it's so white as snow
Privately divided by a world so undecided
And there's nowhere to go
In between the cover of another perfect wonder
Where it's so white as snow
Running through the field where all my tracks will be concealed
And there's nowhere to go

I said hey, yeah, oh yeah
Tell my love now
Hey, yeah, oh yeah

MI:4

Dated: 15-01-07

Location: Model Town Club, Model Town.

Target: Highly Dangerous Fully Grown Individual, Attacking Every Now And Then With The Deadliest Weapon Available On Earth i.e. Eyes.

Mission: Freeze The Target With The Camera Cell Phone

Circumstances: No Back Up, Heavy Crowd (not to mention equally dangerous)

Special Circumstances: Zoom Not Working Properly, Dad's Around!!, Conscience Hammering, Never Done It Before

Mission Order And Approval Status: From The Only Boss I Got, Mr. Heart

Attempt 1:
I aimed for the target, pressed the trigger but the target bent down just at the wrong time, unfortunately an unwanted aunti came into the range, more unfortunately completely realizing what I was aiming for. Aunti gave the dirtiest possible look and went away. phew!

Attempt 2:
I aimed for the target but only then realized that she was once again firing at me with all her weapons. Target wasn't in a very good state to be captured but since attention was diverted to avoid any more unwanted auntis, so I pressed the trigger without even looking at it. Result, target froze in worse position and certainly realized what I was upto.....

Attempt 3:
I would be entirely wrong to say that I dared went for a third attempt, because this time I'm pressing the trigger with my mouth wide open, and the target is standing right infront of me, giving the most poisonous smile I've ever seen. The target went away, firing all the left over ammunition, and I fell back into my seat thinking that I'm the dumbest dumb man on the face of the earth.

Note:
1:Target had a very cute husband and a very cute baby.

Doorie

I went to Lahore somedays ago and bought Atif's new album, Doorie. Atif is the hottest solo singer of the country, infact I should say subcontinent. The album is all recorded in India, written by Indian poets and Atif himself, composed there and a single "Tere Bin" from the album was included in an Indian Movie named Bas Aik Pal. The album is absolutely mindblowing. Honestly speaking my heart fails if I buy a 70 Rs cd, but it was worth it, and perhaps better.
I love music critics and myself extremely careful in writing tokens of admiration, forcing myself to think that encouraging is something different. I hate being addicted to anything, especially a particular singer or a music video director. If you keeps your admiration level low for people, they seldom disappoint you and eventually come up with something that makes you feel proud when you think you hadn't really been impressed by them. Atif however now seems to be an exception. After listening to Aadat and telling all of my friends all about it before they had even listened to it, I had broken every relationship with Jal. Then they made me happy by breaking up. But when I heard rest of Atif's Jalpari, I was a bit uncomfortable, which now I realize to be impressed. Now Doorie gave me almost exactly the same feeling. Tere Bin was a big hit, and now each and every song of Doorie makes me think, wakes and refreshes emotions sleeping deep inside. Dorie itself is a good song, and its a super track for concert. Hum Kis Gali Ja Rhay Hain is most favourite uptil now. The only song that seems to be Atif's, reminding me of the the Jal Pari style. Mahiya ve Soniya is not Atif at all, thats purely Indian creation, not to mention booming just because of Atif's voice. There's a sweet melo track Kuch is trah, a sort of Hamd named Maula, and a beautiful number called O Re Piya. All the songs have been remixed and available on cd. The treat is the remix of Mahi Ve, Yakeen, and Ehsaas from Jalpari. Mahi Ve and Ehsaas are excellent, but I haven't dared listened to Yakeen twice. I certainly think the original is so complete that no remix can ever match it.

All in all Atif has surprised me really. Infact I'm thinking about joining his community on orkut. The video of the title song Doorie is out. Well, it's crap. That really helped me keeping myself in control over the admiration I felt for him after listening to the album. But that's only for a person who is interested in music videos and considers the music video impression of the singer and the song. Otherwise I think Atif doesn't need videos. You'll find his pictures pinned in every girl's heart, and also in some enthusiastic boys's. But I'm sure he won't disappoint me. I'm sure he'll come up another rubbish video that will ease the trouble I'm in. However, I must say that "normal" Atif fans would not care for it. And that's what Atif should be concerned about.
